Hans-Dieter Fichtel founds GfG-Gesellschaft für Gewebekompensatoren mbH. With 2 employees in production and office, customers were acquired and first orders processed.

Move into the first offices in Bayreutherstr. 23, Hummeltal, Upper Franconia.

Move into today’s production hall in Bad Berneck.

With 3 new employees in the office, GfG gains more and more growth. More space is required and in 2013 the new and modern office building in Steingraben 9 in Hummeltal is opened.

The production is expanded by a third hall.

The founder Hans-Dieter Fichtel is leaving the operational business. Management goes into the hands of Andreas Fichtel. With now 20 employees, the GfG team continues to grow.

Dipl. Ing. Carsten Fichtel, who is responsible for the technical design of our products, joins the company to provide support.
